How it started
From coaching rooms to a curriculum.
School of Strut began in 2019 as a series of in-person workshops for founders who could pitch flawlessly on paper but froze in the room. What started as a weekend seminar became a full academy after alumni kept asking for one thing: a repeatable system, not a pep talk.
Today the academy brings together coaches from communications, behavioral science, talent development and brand strategy — each teaching the one discipline they've spent a career mastering.
